Our company is urgently seeking major development sites throughout the UK for both residential and commercial development. We have a track record with our  clients in solving tricky sites with access, title, planning , ground stability and  flooding issues. 

Large sites are sought (over 20 acres), which can accommodate minimum 200 houses as follows:-

Edge of settlement 'Greenfield' sites with potential in the next Planning review

Also Brownfield  sites, for  example :-

land within settlements or land  big enough to form a new settlement

Redundant industrial sites, haulage yards, ageing industrial estates

Worked out quarries, sites with mining history (Mineral deposits may have been blighting land for years)

Land with new development potential through improved access as a result of  impending new road schemes

Old football grounds, caravan storage, old garages, former nurseries

Land formerly developed, now demolished

We work with a number of focussed land developers and housebuilders with a successful track record in securing Planning consents on difficult sites. We also advise clients on the sale of land (see 'about us' page). An example of some other clients we are working with at present are private land owners seeking to exploit development potential, family Trusts, clients promoting land through the planning process and educational establishments. All discussions are in the strictest of confidence.
