We are Chartered Surveyors based in the Glasgow area with 20+ years experience in property and land development. There is still activity in the market place and clients have funding in place for strategic land, supermarkets, holiday lodges, inner city student flats, up-market housing and social housing. We prefer the personal approach and to deal off market in negotiated deals for the most part.

Land where deals with housebuilders and other developers have fallen out is very much of interest.

We manage the process of achieving consents, coordinating and working with professional consultants.
