We are Chartered Surveyors based in the Glasgow area with 20+ years experience in property and land purchase. There is new activity in the market place and clients are buying land and have funding in place for strategic land purchase for middle market housing, supermarket sites, holiday lodges/ caravan parks, student flats, and up-market, bespoke homes . We prefer the personal approach and land required will preferably be off market in negotiated deals for the most part.
Land wanted for residential development particularly in situations where housebuilders and other developers have dropped out recently. We can manage the process of achieving planning consents, coordinating and working with professional consultants.
