- Land allocated in the local development plan - 10-50 units
- Strategic land
- Town development opportunities for retail / nursing home development
There is activity coming back selectively in all these sectors although land owners will have to be realistic about prevailing land values. As of Spring 2012, builders are starting to report better figures but sales are slow
