We are Chartered Surveyors with 20+ years experience in land and property purchase. As of Spring 2010, there is now strong activity in the market place and clients are buying housing land and have funding in place for short term and strategic land purchase for middle market housing, student flats, and up-market bespoke homes and supermarket sites . We prefer the personal approach and land required will preferably be off market in negotiated deals for the most part.
Land is wanted for residential development particularly in situations where housebuilders and other developers agreements may have lapsed. We can manage the process of achieving planning consents, coordinating and working with professional consultants.
These are unprecedented times but there are signs of increased confidence and currently we have a number of very focussed requirements.
