Old quarries , brownfield land considered. Land required with potential for release which could come good in next 5 years.

Land for up-market homes wanted in prestige locations across Central Belt - Kilmacolm, Bridge of Weir area, Bearsden & Milngavie, Drymen, Killearn, Bridge of Allan, Dunblane, Ayr, Prestwick, Bothwell, Hamilton, Thorntonhall, Murieston Livingston, Dalkeith & Eskbank, Ratho, Edinburgh, Fife, Perthshire.
3. Land required for prestige building plots - we can refer specialist self build mortgages through our external associates.
4. Infill sites required for retirement housing and nursing homes - sites 3/4 acre to 2 acres in extent.
5. Supermarket sites wanted for convernience stores in wide range of locations in Scotland including small towns.
6. Land and property wanted with road frontage for retail parades. Can be small sites for 3 - 4 retail units.
7. Inner City sites required for students flats - Glasgow - Edinburgh - Aberdeen.
