2. Land with planning permission – from 4 detached houses upwards
We have client looking to acquire land required for joint ventures situations are sought with land owners. A joint venture or partnership can extract more value from the land. We are happy to talk this through with you. We have several ways of approaching sites which perhaps have been sitting with a consent for some time but undeveloped.
3. Land for affordable / social housing
Land wanted on edge of settlements or within towns . Our clients will buy sites that have been ‘sitting around’ for a while and have perhaps been affected by the recession.
4. Inner City – for mainstream flats / student accommodation
One of our clients builds pocket sized flats on small inner city sites (6-8 storey).
Inner city locations within 10 minutes walk of university campuses.
English University cities, Aberdeen, Edinburgh.
5. For retirement villages
In quality locations across the UK . Normally 5 acres minimum up to 50 acres. A substantial house with grounds/ gardens with mature trees and a feature such as a small lake can provide ideal conditions to secure planning permission for change of use to a retirement village.
